Our Adult Kung Fu and Fitness Program is designed to help students improve their overall health and to learn the concepts and movements of Kung Fu. We focus on helping students develop their strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination so they are able to perform the techniques important to Kung Fu practice. With necessary strength and flexibility, students can then focus on perfecting each technique and its practical applications.
Today’s modern lifestyle lulls most people into adopting bad habits that result in physical weaknesses that in turn cause pain and discomfort in their everyday lives. Most people spend a significant amount of time with poor posture, hunching over computers or slouching on couches. During the state of physical inactivity, muscles become weak, lose flexibility, and lead to structural imbalances. Our programs work to reverse these effects and help students return their bodies to a more natural, healthy state.
Students that participate in our Martial Arts and Fitness Program can expect a rigorous workout that will safely push their physical limits. Each class provides a balance of warm-ups, exercises and drills that focus on developing strength, flexibility, endurance, speed, and control.
The 'Martial' portion of our classes consist of Chinese (Northern Long Fist Kung Fu & Traditional Wushu) and Korean (Jungyae Moosul & Taekwondo) Martial Arts with a focus on:

- Basic Martial Arts Technique
- Basic Martial Arts Application
- H.I.I.T. (High Intensisty Interval Training)
- Tai Chi Breathing
- Flexibility
- Coordination
- Speed
- Accuracy
- Stamina & Endurance
