VICKI OTTO


Vicki became a personal trainer in 1999 (certified by NASM and ACE). After doing this job for a few years she decided to gain a deeper knowledge about our bodies and how they work. She attended Bastyr University, completed training to become a licensed massage therapist and received a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition. While pursuing her Nutrition degree she began coursework to become a pilates instructor and a yoga teacher.
Vicki’s belief is that each of us should take responsibility for our own health. By teaching her clients how to move properly and gain greater body awareness, they are able to overcome and avoid injuries in turn helping to reduce future health care costs and more importantly improve their quality of life.
She has been teaching Yoga and Pilates classes in the Marysville, Arlington and Lake Stevens, Washington areas since 2002. Vicki is a fully certified Stott Pilates® Instructor and provides private pilates sessions in our studio at Kung Fu Northwest. In addition to yoga and pilates classes, Vicki teaches our evening fitness classes and teams with Kyle to provide our morning TRX classes.
KYLE SWENSON
Our Morning Boot Camps are led by Kyle Swenson, owner of Northwest Personal Fitness.
Kyle has been passionate about helping people change their lives for over ten years. Between Kyle’s personal motivation for himself and others he has a strong history of guaranteed success of proving to others they CAN DO IT! Each client is a person, not a number. His program is designed to help and reach out to everybody, and assists in each individuals gain of personal confidence.
The program works well for both beginners and advanced clients, providing a mix of cardio and strength training in addition to 30 minutes of circuit training. The high intensity will help you lose weight and inches while gaining a physical and mental strength.
Kyle’s knowledge of nutrition assists you with an increased positive outcome. The program is flexible, and works with all situations. Regardless of size, work out experience, current diet or schedule you are guaranteed to feel great when you leave.
His experience is consistent with a wide variety of body types, people, men, women, mothers and life styles.
