Our Morning Boot Camps are led by Kyle Swenson, owner of Northwest Personal Fitness.
Kyle has been passionate about helping people change their lives for over ten years. Between Kyle’s personal motivation for himself and others he has a strong history of guaranteed success of proving to others they CAN DO IT! Each client is a person, not a number. His program is designed to help and reach out to everybody, and assists in each individuals gain of personal confidence.
The program works well for both beginners and advanced clients, providing a mix of cardio and strength training in addition to 30 minutes of circuit training. The polite high intensity will help you loose weight and inches while gaining a physical and mental strength.
Kyle’s knowledge of nutrition assists you with an increased positive outcome. The program is flexible, and works with all situations. Regardless of size, work out experience, current diet or schedule you are guaranteed to feel great when you leave.
